Cargosoon shall exercise due diligence when performing its duties as a freight forwarder. If the consignment is damaged or lost due to Cargosoon's own fault,  Cargosoon must compensate the User with the declared value of the cargoes. The amount of compensation will in no event be greater than:

(a)for express shipping: USD 100 per box;

(b)for multimodal transport: USD 420 per box;

(c)for ocean freight FCL: USD 500 per container;

(d)for ocean freight LCL: USD 500 per package, which is the largest means used to prepare cargo for transportation, including but not limited to a skid, pallet, trailer, or carton.
